Bananele au o concentraţie mare de potasiu şi magneziu, substanţe nutritive care se dublează atunci când musculatura este relaxată. În plus, ele conţin şi triptofan, un aminoacid care induce somnul şi care ulterior se transformă în serotonină şi melatonină. Serotonina este un neurotransmiţător care promovează relaxarea, pe când melatonina promovează somnul. Pentru a ajunge la creier, triptofanul are nevoie de aproximativ o oră, aşa că trebuie să avem grijă cum ne programăm gustarea de dinainte de somn.

2. Proteinele

Alimentele bogate în proteine promovează şi ele somnul. În plus, ele combat refluxul gastroesofagian. Acest lucru este important, din moment ce, de foarte multe ori, arsurile la stomac îşi fac apariţia noaptea şi tulbură somnul.

Prin urmare, pentru un somn liniştit putem mânca: două felii de carne slabă sau de brânză, un ou fiert tare, brânză de vaci amestecată cu fructe proaspete sau o mână de seminţe de dovleac.

5. Cireşele

Potrivit unui studiu publicat în Journal of Experimental Botany cireşele sunt singura sursă naturală de melatonină. Aşa că, specialiştii recomandă să mâncaţi câteva cireşe cu o oră înainte de culcare. De asemenea, se pare că efectul îl întâlnim şi la sucul de cireşe şi la fructele uscate.

6. Ceaiul

Ceaiul verde conţine teanină, un aminoacid care ajută la promovarea somnului. Dar în realitate, mai toate varietăţile de ceai decafeinizat au acest efect. „Ceaiul ne ajută să ne relaxăm”, susţine Hensrud.

7. Ovăzul

Un singur bol de ovăz asigură suficient calciu, magneziu, potasiu, siliciu şi fosfor cât să avem un somn liniştit. Totuşi, ţineţi cont să folosiţi îndulcitorii în moderaţie, deoarece aceştia vă pot împiedica somnul.

8. Orezul Jasmine

Un bol de orez din varietatea Jasmine, consumat cu 4 ore înainte de culcare are capacitatea de a ne ajuta să adormim liniştiţi, potrivit unui studiu publicat în American Journal of Clinical Nutrition.

Oamenii de ştiinţă au teoretizat că alimentele cu indice glicemic mare, precum orezul din varietatea Jasmine ar putea creşte nivelul serotoninei şi al triptofanului, încurajând somnul.

Se coc inainte cu o ora de a merge la culcare, si se consuma in coaja. Ajuta la producerea naturala de serotonina in creier si va face fericiti; veti avea vise frumoase. Adaugati de preferinta ulei de masline.

DEAR READERS BEWARE: STATEMENT: Reporting an ELECTRONIC BANK SCAM June 28, 2014; HOW DOES AN ELECTRONIC FRAUD LOOK LIKE:

On May 29th I have found a job on an online site. It was presumably posted by Bain & Company.

I have soon received an application form, which I have filled out, and I have also scanned my bank account file/checking card (plus routing number) with bank of america, as requested by this “company”.
I sent it in , an 1st of June I received an e-mail telling me that I was hired. I attach the e-mail explaining the job description being that of a customer relations person, and doing invoicing, adding that there is a 2 week period for training purposes. The salary after that will be $2,400 a month.

I started receiving little amounts of money, From JPMOrgan Chase, the first one in the amount of .50c, on June 13th, 2014. Every day, someone was sending cents, until one day, a person who contacted me as representing the company, AdrianaDavis, e-mail: adriana.davis told me he/she sent me $909, which indeed has posted to may account on June 17th. She asked me to send it to the Russian federation, and gave me the name and address of the person. Indeed I sent it via moneygram, and per our understanding I have kept 5% of the sum I have sent. These were her instructions to me via e-mai.

The next amount of money was $917, which I was asked to send to a different person (June 18, 2014, to MUKKADAS SAPAEVA, Russian federation).

I did send it, and checking my account I found out that $909 has disappeared from my account the 19th of june, and it has been reversed back to JPMOrgan Chase shortly, by a JPMOrgan Chase account holder, named: TREVOR GALEAZZI, whose ID is 3982122303. This person I reported to JPMOrgan Chase as doing suspicious dealings with his account . The many little deposits were reversed, one after another (please see my BOFA statement attached).
Another person’s ID who did reversals from my checking account are: JONATHAN UNRUH & JOE ANDERSON, within 2 days from the deposit (see attached Bank of America Account print up from my bank).

I reported this to SIERRA, from Bank of America, and she has blocked them from making further deposits to my account; I also closed this account for good.

Being inquisitive, I have googled this e-mail, and a bunch of scammers list came up. I am enclosing here the e-mails I have received from the scammer, and I also added her e-mail to the scammerlist.com to prevent other people from being defrauded.

The most suspicious thing is that she would never give me a phone number, so I couldn’t really talk and ask questions about clarifications; the only connection was via e-mail. I have signed the application, on which I have found an address, somewhere in Massachussets.

If requested I will provide you with it.
I have also reported this to the GLOBAL SECURITY DEPARTMENT, to GREG D., tel. 888 282 5867.
